Car Rental Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Car Rental Service. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before renting a vehicle. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

By signing the rental agreement, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

2. Driver Requirements

• The driver must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver's license must be presented at the time of rental.
• Additional drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet the same requirements as the primary driver.

3. Rental Period

The rental period is defined in the rental agreement. Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.

4. Vehicle Condition

The vehicle will be provided in clean and well-maintained condition. The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition. Any damages, excessive dirt, or missing parts will result in additional fees.

5. Insurance and Liability

The renter is responsible for all damages to the vehicle during the rental period unless otherwise covered by insurance. Optional insurance coverage may be offered at the time of rental.

6. Mileage Limits

Rental vehicles may have mileage limits as stated in the rental agreement. Excess mileage will be charged at a rate specified in the agreement.

7. Fuel Policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was rented.
• Failure to refill the tank will result in a refueling charge, as specified in the agreement.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental period begins are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

9. Prohibited Uses

• The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities or in violation of traffic laws.
• Driving the vehicle outside the agreed-upon geographic area is prohibited unless authorized in writing.

10. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the terms and conditions are violated or if the vehicle is misused.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country in which the rental occurs.
